Shipping Policy

The product will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping outside EU: estimated 10 to 20 business days.

Shipping to UK & other European countries: estimated 7 to 10 business days, depending on any custom hold ups.

All artworks will be safely packed, according to the best practices.

Please note:

  1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery?
    If the order is returned to us, we will contact you via email. The return will not be refunded. The client will have to pay for the delivery again.
  3. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
  4. If your order is being delivered outside of the EU, please note it may be subject to additional charges, taxes, or customs duties in the destination country. Any charges are to be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur as a result of customs clearance. We would advise you to check with your local territory on any possible charges prior to placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed with the email you provided when making your purchase.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

By any chance that you made a typo or provided us with an outdated shipping address and the package has already left our facility, the package will most likely be returned to us due to an incomplete address. In such a scenario we will resend you your package but you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping cost.

Note For Taxes

EU customers including Portugal need to pay VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
