Introducing New Artists

Summer is the season for emerging art. 2B Art & Toys Gallery has added some new artists and is excited to introduce them.

Representing a range of styles and subject matter, each artist adds something a little different to the gallery. Working with a wide variety of media, these new artists are shaping the contemporary art scene in Spain.

Javier Garlo is a Spanish visual artist who uses symbolism to express his reflections in art. By questioning our contemporary society, his own generation, and even the loss of values happening to humanity, Javier explores the human being throughout history and our stories in a timeless way.

Ruth Minola is a visual artist and designer based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Her focus is on mosaic processes and materials – working in fine art and temporary installations as well as private, public, commercial commissions, and teaching. Ruth utilizes the natural opulence of mosaic materials to craft unexpected forms of mesmerizing art. Her style is highly unique and distinct, featuring works made from a variety of materials, including stone, tile, gemstones, and minerals.

Born in Barcelona and living between Menorca & London, Gracia Ribalaiga is a self-taught contemporary artist, curious and passionate about her art. Through her hybrid language of urbanity, remixed, re-contextualized, and wholly built from the fragments of daily life, Gracia creates unbelievable artworks which reflect the world around us.
