Our sommelier has picked out a special selection of Mallorquinian wines that match the essence of these unique prints with the intention of making this experience unforgettable.

The great Friedrich Nietzsche once said, “In every real man a child is hidden that wants to play.” Oh boy, was he right. “Capsa Somiadora” or “Dreamy Box” limited edition print by Joan Aguiló shows that nothing is impossible in a child’s mind. The box is a million things, million dreams, million possibilities. Playing with a cardboard box takes children on adventures exploring imaginary places in their minds. Inside a big cardboard box, a child is transported to a world of their own, where anything is possible. May this remarkable print take you on a journey to a time when life’s notion was pure and simple, and when all you had to do was extend the wings of imagination and explore the untamed limits of the world.
Joan Aguiló is an acclaimed Spanish visual artist who made his name in the art world with his larger-than-life wall murals. Through his visually dramatic means of storytelling, Joan’s art is an effective way to engage communities and communicate public memory to multiple audiences. His art is a form of storytelling where all his marvelous artworks create conversations and a joyous celebration of life. Joan Aguiló’s both indoor and outdoor artworks possess a timeless quality that continues to appeal to young and old alike. He is also known for putting great detail into his art to truly convey the stories from our memories.
DJ Mauri Music Mixologist has been the resident DJ at the Iberostar Grand Portals Nous since last year. His sessions are inspired by different musical styles, where he creates unique sets adapted to the energy of each night. His career started when he was 17 and since then he has kept working at international festivals such as Sonar, Festimad, Armageddon, Batofar, Lem, Espárrago Festival among others.
- “Capsa Somiadora”: JOSE LUIS FERRER SPARKLING BRUT NATURE
Grape variety: Moll (white grape native to Mallorca and with very little exploitation)
Origin: D.O. Binissalem
Most of the wine is made in stainless steel tanks and only 10% rests in French oak barrels. They use the traditional / champenoise method to make the sparkling wine.

Grape variety: Malvasia
Origin: D.O. Pla i Llevant
Aging in barrels for 8 months and batonage during fermentation on its own lees. A relatively new winery located in Colonia de Sant Pere, it has only been in business for 15 years.
