The Monsters Have Invaded Mallorca!

Out of nowhere, monsters have turned up sneakily, trying to take over before we realize what’s going on. But don’t worry, they won’t harm you. In fact, quite opposite – They bring laugh and joy.

They are brightly colored and gooey, they melt, they are lovable, they are ice-creamy, they are goofy, they are so sweet and they will make you go “aww”.

Buff Monster, one of the most striking artists on the modern art scene, is to become the new member of the 2B Art & Toys Gallery. And not just that, Buff Monster is bringing his absolutely cute one-eyed characters to Majorca.

As a very prolific artist, globe trotter, painter of walls and canvases alike, sculptor of adorable toys, and a fan of the color pink, the enigmatic and quite extraordinary artist Buff Monster surprises and amuses in all mediums.

His extraordinary art blurs the boundary between the real and fantastical worlds by explicitly describing the mediating dream state; instead, he thrusts the fantastical element into the real world.

Seduced by his infinitely detailed and meticulously glazed surfaces, the viewer is confronted with the juxtaposition of childhood innocence and lovely melting characters. Buff Monster’s brightly colored boisterous murals remind us to take a break while embracing life with a sense of humor.

The work of Buff Monster is characterized by happy, typographic characters living in happy bubbly worlds. Based on ice cream cones, Buff Monster creates narratives that reference art history and our contemporary society in a unique way.

Buff Monster is the new name on the international street art scene of Majorca, alongside Ben Eine, Nick Walker, Dotmaster, and El Pez. No doubt his amazing art will add something refreshing and exciting to our gallery and of course to the art scene of Majorca.
